Within Temptation

Guilty I was when Stanley mouthed the two words, expressing loss of hope. I ate 2 0.5 cm snippets of twistee from Beng and Anthony. What the fuck am I doing?! I’m supposed to be on a DIET! spelled.. D-I-E-T! Crackers are sinful and ought to be out of my sight next time!. Hmph.

So I punished myself by running 7 rounds during LIFE. Instead of feeling shitty, I conversely felt really really gd after the run! - sweated it all out and explored my limits. I think it was a good start for me so I plan to keep the plan going.

Mr Vincent gave me this diet recipe I’m quite dubious about.

Breakfast: It’s ok to take 1 complete meal such as bee hoon from canteen, minus the fried stuff.
Lunch: 1 Yakult, 2 Biscuits & 2 Apples
Dinner: 1 Rice and 3 servings of vegetables.
Supper: Narhia! Still want supper?! =_=

Apart from watching of diet, I have to get myself jogging! 5 times a week 30 mins a session, and guarantee a 16 kg loss in 2 months. That’s like almost impossible when I first heard it. But after calculating to about 2 kg a week, I thought hey.. It’s possible.

And Samuel gave me a checklist of things I MUST avoid:
Cakes
Sweet beverages
ALL Fried Stuff (argh)
Bread (white)
Breakfast Cereals (on the contrary Guojie wanted me to trust him that cereals don’t add to weight and I can have them every night). Oh dear~ which method to adopt??
Crackers / Sweets
Chocolates
Consuming all of the rice (I can only be allowed half-portioned)

Alrighty, signing off for my dinner and I hope I can continue to discipline myself like I did today. :)
