A confession to be made: I’m one blur dodo.

On the Singapore Idol application form, it stated there CLEARLY that I have to rate the following talents: singing, song composing/writing, dancing and acting with a scale of 1 being the best, 4 being the worst respectively.

I definitely know my singing is better than the rest. I suck at dancing. Ok with song composing and acting - I have Act 3 Drama cert and was in ELDDS before, so at least acting wasn’t something I fear about if I’m called to perform a scene or sth. So my intention was to put singing the best, acting good, song-writing average and dancing average. So it should be:

Singing - 1, Song-writing - 2, Dancing - 3, Acting - 2.
HELL my input was fucking this..
Singing - 4, Song-writing - 3, Dancing - 2, Acting - 3.

Damn it. And it’s all too late after I clicked submit! Argh.. And there was another open-ended question asking how well I could sing. I wrote abt my singing styles, famously used 4+ octave range, my fortes, vocal abilities etc.. The judges would be thinking then.. what the fuck am I doing?! “You rated singing as WORST, and in the open qn, you said the reverse. What’s all the contradiction?!” Oh dear.. *gulp*. I really really hope that despite my input of 4 being WORST, they would at least give me a chance still, cos I don’t know. The judges could be thinking since your singing sux, then why the hell you join? Ok stamp chop “Eliminated”. T_T

How? What am I to do?
Cancel?
Be apologetic when queried on this issue during audition day?
Give SI’s producers a call asking if the form could be void?

Argh.. stupid blur me.

Oh oh and I lost 500g!! YAY! :D Today’s officially my first day of DIETING. It was TORMENTING >_<!! Let me recount what I had today.

Breakfast 1 - Pork Floss Bun, Milo Cereal & Water (@ Home)
Breakfast 2 - Canned Carrot Juice (Beng was tryin’ to tempt me with his Dau Pok and Bao Bing. It doesn’t work on me~~. LOL)
Lunch - Ah HA! I didn’t have ice-cream! I took a small handful of rice with the ingredients, drank a few spoons of the soup and munched on 2 apples and 1 pear.
Afternoon - A few biscuits. Mr Pat’s one big baddie. He put that Dau Sha Bing on the table and erm.. yarh.. LOL.
Dinner - A lil’ rice with lean pork, fish, gravied potatoes and soup. No fried stuff.
Supper - I guess I better listen to Kok Wei and avoid night snacks.

There.. overall I’m happy because it’s a gd start, and I believe it’s all abt strong-will, determination and motivation that spur me on.. Jia You to me..
